STEAMED MOMO RECIPE

Introduction:

Momos are one of the popular street foods in northern India. This popular Tibetan dish will make you fall in love with it. There is nothing more interesting than a plate full of momo.

Ingredients :

  1. all purpose flour.
  2. refined oil
  3. onion
  4. ginger garlic paste
  5. water as required.
  6. boiled chicken
  7. salt as required.
  8. soy sauce
  9. black pepper as required.

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients (chicken, small diced cut onion, black pepper, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, freshly chopped coriander leaves). Mix them well.
  2. Knead the flour with a pinch of salt together into a firm dough. Set aside for 30 minutes, covered.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls. Flatten these balls and place some filling in the center.
  4. Seal both edges together.
  5. steamed in a steamer for at least 15 minutes .
  6. Now it's ready to search.

How to serve

Serve this hot steamed momo with chilly sauce and hot soup.
