STEAMED MOMO RECIPE
Introduction:
Momos are one of the popular street foods in northern India. This popular Tibetan
dish will make you fall in love with it. There is nothing more interesting than
a plate full of momo.
Ingredients :
- all purpose flour.
- refined oil
- onion
- ginger garlic paste
- water as required.
- boiled chicken
- salt as required.
- soy sauce
- black pepper as required.
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mix all
the ingredients (chicken, small diced cut onion, black pepper, soya sauce,
ginger garlic paste, salt, freshly chopped coriander leaves). Mix them
well.
- Knead the flour with a pinch
of salt together into a firm dough. Set aside for 30 minutes, covered.
- Roll the dough into small
balls. Flatten these balls and place some filling in the center.
- Seal both edges together.
- steamed in a steamer for at
least 15 minutes .
- Now it's ready to search.
How to serve
Serve this hot steamed momo with chilly sauce and hot soup.
