Kadhai paneer
Introduction :
Kadai panner is one of the most famous Indian
cuisines. A simple dish, you can make it with some basic kitchen essentials.
This particular paneer recipe is completely different than other paneer
recipes. The flavour of fresh bell pepper, fresh ground spice will give you the
vibe of perfect Indian flavors.
Ingredients :

·
Bell paper (sliced)
·
½ cup finely chopped onion
·
1 cup onion cut into cube size
·
2 chopped tomatoes
·
Chopped ginger and garlic
·
Oil
·
Butter
·
Kashmiri red chilli powder
·
Kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves)
·
Garam masala
·
Salt
·
Turmeric powder
·
Sugar
·
Fresh cream
·
1 tsp(coriander- cumin-black paper)seeds
·
Dry red chilies
Method:
1. For making kadhai paneer, first we have to prepare kadhai masala. For that, turn on the flame and hit a pan. After the pan is hit, add the coriander, cumin, black paper and 3to4 dry red chilies stir them for 5 minutes then put them in a grinder and grind to a fine powder. Set aside.

Take a pan and put some oil on it. Now add the finely chopped
onion and saute it until it turns translucent. Now add the chopped ginger,
garlic and again saute them till the raw smell goes away. Now add those chopped
tomatoes and add some salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and saute for 5-7
minutes till it starts separating the oil. Now shift this masala to a mixer and
make a smooth paste. Set aside.

Hit some oil and fry cube-sized cut paner pieces till they become light
golden. Set aside.

Take a pan, add some oil, then add the cubed cut onions and sliced
bellpaper and saute them well. Set aside.

Now add 1tbsp butter to the pan, then add the paste and add the kadai
masala to the paste. Stir it well. Now add salt, a pinch of sugar, Kashmiri red
chilli powder, mix them well. Now add those sauted onion and bell peppers to
the masala. Mix them. After that, add the fried paneer to the pan, mix it and
add ½ cup of luke warm water and cover the pan with a lid.

After a few minutes, open the lid and add some crushed kasuri methi and
fresh cream. Mix them well. Now add some garam masala powder and it's ready to
serve.
How to serve
You can serve it with jeera rice, plain rice, roti,
naan, whatever you prefer. I personally recommend butter garlic naan with this
