Ingridients:
- Bombay duck
- Powdered red chilli
- Garlic ginger paste
- Lime
- Corn Flour
- Oil
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
Method:
- Clean Bombay ducks
- Marinate the fish in a large bowl with salt, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, and lime juice.
- Now keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- For coating, take 1 cup cornflour powder, add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Coat a batch of bombil pieces evenly. Dust off extra flour.
- Heat a pan and add oil for frying when it is hot.
- When the oil is hot, place those fish pieces one by one.
- Fry them on medium heat till crisp and golden.
- Now take those fried pieces out of the oil and place them on a plate.
How to serve
You can serve it as a snack with tea or coffee, or even serve it with steamed rice.
