Special Masala Egg Curry recipe-Bengali recipe
Introduction of the
recipe: egg is an amazing source of protein, as we all know. We can make many
delicious dishes from eggs. One is egg curry. A perfect dish for lunch or
dinner.
Ingredients:

Ginger garlic paste
- ·
Red chilli powder
- ·
Turmeric powder
- ·
Salt
- ·
sugar
- ·
Cumin powder
- ·
Coriander powder
- ·
1 finely chopped onion
- ·
2 tomato pulp
- ·
½ cup water
- Eggs
Method
·
First boil the eggs, then remove all the egg shells and place those eggs
into a bowl
·
Now marinate the eggs with turmeric & salt.
·
Take a pan, add some oil and fry those eggs until they become golden
brown.
·
Now take out all eggs from the pan.
·
Now add the chopped onions to the pan saute those onions till it become
white, then add ginger garlic paste, then add tomato pulp and saute for few
minutes, then add all the spices (turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder,
cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar) one by one.

Saute the masala until it starts leaving water.
·
Then add ½ cup of water and cover the pan with a lid.
·
Now add those fried eggs to the gravy & wait for a few minutes.
· Egg curry is ready to serve. You can garnish it with some coriander leaf(optional).
How to serve
·
Serve it with steamed rice or roti or paratha.

As I said egg is an amazing sauce for protein everyone should try this. Our babies got tired with same boiled eggs or poach egg, they don’t like so they stop eating eggs.
